Kids Fun Run

Tri for a CURE - Kids Fun Run
Boys and Girls ages 4 – 12

On Saturday August 14th , we will hold a Tri for a CURE Kids Fun Run! The run will take place at Southern Maine Community College on the athletic fields. The Fun Run will kick off at 9 am just before the Tri for a CURE packet pick-up and Expo.

Registration will be available April 1st and entries will be limited to the first 200 children. Registration will be $15.00 per child. If space is available, we will also register children the day of the race at 8:30 am.

Age Groups and course description will be as follows:

• Ages 4 – 6 approx. 100 yard dash
• Ages 7 – 9 approx. ½ mile on campus course
• Ages 10 -12 approx. 1 mile on campus course

All children will receive an award at the finish line. An awards ceremony will follow the run where awards will be given to the top three in each age group.

Fundraising – We welcome children to fundraise for this event. All children who raise $25.00 will win a special prize. There will be a special award for the top fundraiser!!!

***Parents are required to sign the release before their child can race.***
